Workshop equipment represented at Road Transport Expo with Totalkare

Totalkare is excited to announce its participation at the Road Transport Show 2022 at the new one-stop industry event that’s all about truck.
The impressive exhibit is going to showcase some brand-new products for 2022; wheel alignment, tyre changers, compressors and hydraulic presses. In addition, the Company will also be showcasing it’s market-leading mobile column lifts, mobile and in-ground brake testers, headlamp testers, smoke meters, air conditioning service units and essential workshop equipment including support stands, transmission jacks and trolley jacks. You can find all of this on display at the Totalkare stand D2.
MOBILE COLUMN LIFTS
Totalkare’s T8 range of mobile column lifts are a product favourite! Lifting 7,500kg per column and configurable in sets of four, six or eight, the lifts are the perfect solution for workshops needing flexibility. The T8 is available in cable-free and cabled models and both feature adjustable forks to accommodate a range of wheel diameters for added versatility.
WASH BAY COLUMN LIFT
Alongside the T8 range is Totalkare’s G8AC wash bay column lift. The Wash Bay Column Lift is fully galvanised with sealed bearings which provides long term protection from water ingress. The G8AC is the only truly fit-for-purpose mobile column lift for under chassis washing in the UK and has been very popular with commercial vehicle companies.
BRAKE TESTING EQUIPMENT
As an established major supplier of brake tester equipment, it’s only right for them to be showcasing their DVSA-approved mobile and in-ground brake testers at the show. Both models are supplied with cabinet, computer, monitor, printer and a handheld tablet unit that enables easy brake testing from the comfort of the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Vehicles whose wheels are not properly aligned cost money through diminished fuel economy and excessive wear and tear on tyres. Totalkare’s electronic wheel alignment products enable checks to be carried out in-house more regularly, providing alignment readings up to 18-metres. Its ready-to-use computer system and quick operating time allows checks to be performed in a matter of minutes.
TYRE CHANGERS
Totalkare will be showcasing one of their newest product additions; the NAV101 is a commercial tyre changer fully capable of dismounting and mounting a tyre in just 30 seconds. The NAV101 also features adjustable arm positioning, a 4-roller system and bead breakers supported by two arms which are controlled separately.
COMPRESSORS
Another product range new for 2022, Totalkare’s air compressors are ideal for garages, tyre centres and engineering workshops. They feature simple stop-start-run on timer operation and compared to older models can help increase air flow by 15% all while reducing energy consumption by up to 12%!
FOR WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT, IT’S TOTALKARE!
While Totalkare’s stand at the Road Transport Show 2022 will mainly consist of its vehicle lifting and brake testing equipment, the Workshop solutions company will also be showcasing their rapidly expanded workshop equipment essentials including, hydraulic presses, wheel dollies, trolley jacks, support stands, trailer beams, transmission jacks and air conditioning units.
