In-Ground Brake Tester

Our DVSA-approved in-ground brake tester is strong, durable and suitable for testing all vehicles up to a maximum axle load of 20,000kg.

Product

Details

The Totalkare in-ground brake tester is DVSA-approved and is built to meet the toughest of vehicle inspection centre or workshop requirements.

The in-ground brake tester can be installed as a standalone application, across an existing pit or as part of an Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) lane. Totalkare can manage any necessary civil works on your behalf.

It comes supplied with a handheld tablet unit that communicates wirelessly with the brake tester, offering an advantage over traditional fixed displays which can often be obscured by the vehicle being tested. By using the tablet, you can test from the comfort of the driver’s seat in a matter of minutes.

Retrofit upgrades are available if required, and the brake tester can be customised with a range of features including load simulation, tachograph calibration, bi-directional rollers and more.
