Our reputation is built on the quality of our products and the service we provide, both of which are underpinned by the quality of our people. We communicate openly – everybody can see the impact of their work on company performance – and the strong family values and culture of the business have, over more than 65 years, been cornerstones of our success.
We recognise, however, that a business is nothing without its customers, and so each of us work hard to personify our company values. These values, abbreviated within the business to FRED, reflect how we want our customers to feel about us when dealing with Totalkare:

We recognise the impact our business has on our local community and the environment and are committed to limiting this as much as possible. In addition to sustainability processes such as audited paper recycling collections and flexible working, Totalkare embraces the opportunity to give back to the community through a range of fundraising activities.
These activities have included dress down days, bake sales, raffles, skydives, Tough Mudder events, beard shaving and marathon running, with a mix of local, regional and national charities benefiting over the years. Not only do these activities help to make a positive difference to those less fortunate than ourselves, they’re also great fun for everyone here, feeding into our company culture.
Our chosen charity partner for 2020 is Ronald McDonald House Charities, which helps families stay close to their children in hospital by providing free ‘home away from home’ accommodation.
