Investing in new vehicle lifts can be a large capital spend for companies. As well as supplying a range of new mobile column lifts, four post lifts and two post lifts, we also offer a range of fully refurbished pre-owned column lifts, which can provide a more affordable option for some.

Details
All our pre-owned mobile column lifts are steam cleaned, stripped and then repaired to the highest standards by our skilled in-house Totalkare engineers. If necessary, components such as load nuts, motor gearboxes, switches and cables will be replaced. The lifts are then load tested and inspected before an independent engineer carries out a Report of Thorough Examination to ensure they meet LOLER requirements before leaving our workshop.
All our refurbished sets come with six months’ parts and labour warranty for your peace of mind.

S6 Range
Our S6 range was manufactured between 2007 and 2016, offering a cable free lifting solution (S6CF). Each column provides a lifting capacity of 7,500kg and the ability to link sets of up to eight. Small wheel adaptors can be used in conjunction with these lifts to provide a solution for a variety of vehicles and wheel diameters.
S6CF: Only requires a single phase 230V power supply
Suitable for any workshop, without the need for additional electrical work or installations.
S6CF: Radio synchronisation
Wireless communication between columns means no interconnecting cables, eradicating health and safety concerns, as well as making manoeuvrability and storage simpler. Once synchronised, the set can be operated from any column.
S6CF: 7,500kg lifting capacity
Ideal for any commercial vehicle ranging from bus and coach through to waste and recycling vehicles. The lifts can be configured in sets of four, six or eight, allowing for a maximum total lifting capacity of 60,000kg.
Series IV
The Series IV mobile column lift is lightweight and easy to use with a parachute nut technology. Manufactured from 2002 – 2004, it has a lifting capacity from 7 – 7.5 tonne per column.

S6 Rav
The S6 Rav lift is a robust, lightweight and easy to use mobile column lift. Manufactured in 2006, it has a lifting capacity of 7 tonne per column, and has the capability of fitting under low floor buses.
SVL
The SVL range of heavy duty vehicle lifts incorporates models SVL 2000 and the slim line SVL 2002. First manufactured in 1998, the mobile vehicle lifts have a wrap around column design and suspended shaft. The lifting capacity is 7,000kg per column.
