Repairs & Maintenance
The purchase of your heavy duty lifting and testing equipment is just the first stage in the journey of becoming a Totalkare customer. With national breakdown and servicing coverage, we are best equipped for all your maintenance requirements throughout the lifespan of your equipment and beyond. We also provide expert advice which is available on the phone 24 hours a day.
Workshop environments are becoming ever more complex. With Health and Safety legislation playing an increased role within the workshop environment, we provide a comprehensive Afterkare solution. This ensures that your heavy duty lifts adhere to both the Provisions and Use of Workshop Equipment Regulations (PUWER) and Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) through our Servicing and Reports. It also ensures that your Totalkare brake tester is calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and is within the limits set by the DVSA.
Signing a service contract brings you convenient and stress-free heavy duty equipment ownership for a fixed fee. You’ll know exactly when your heavy duty lifts or brake testers are due for service and what the costs will be for maintenance, call outs and repairs, giving you more time to focus on your core business. There are different service contract levels available. The basic services included in a contract can be extended along with a variety of options, allowing you to create a solution that suits your needs.
