THE ROLE

As a Field Service Engineer at Totalkare, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by Installing, inspecting, servicing, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of garage equipment at customer sites throughout the UK.

Working independently and as part of a wider service team, you will ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, completing repairs, and providing technical support to customers. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and a commitment to always delivering outstanding customer service.

As the face of Totalkare in the field, you will build positive customer relationships, maintain accurate service records, and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and professionalism always.
