TotalKare announced as sponsor of Commercial Motor Awards

TotalKare has been announced as a category sponsor at this year’s Commercial Motor Awards.

The Awards, which welcomes not only dealers, but also bodybuilders, rental, leasing and contract hire providers to celebrate the best in new and used commercial vehicle sales and after sales, will be held at The Vox Centre in Birmingham on Thursday 15 November 2018.

TotalKare will be sponsoring the Aftersales and Maintenance Provider of the Year Award, which rewards either a franchised or independent dealer that has consistently delivered outstanding aftersales service and levels of customer care over the past 12 months.

To win the award entrants need to demonstrate high levels of successful maintenance and repair delivery, long-term customer relationships and bespoke aftersales packages tailored to the need of customers. Judges also took into account initiatives such as longer opening hours and attracting new staff when considering the shortlist, which is made up of the following:
