We’re Back at the Road Transport Expo 2023
After a successful introduction of the Road Transport Expo in 2022, Totalkare will be returning to the NAEC in Stoneleigh for the 2023 exhibition.
Taking place between the 28th and 30th June 2023, the Road Transport Expo is a truck-focused show attracting major manufacturers and suppliers to the transport industry.
Totalkare has upsized it’s space in hall 2 for 2023 and will feature live tyre changing demonstrations on the stand, alongside a variety of workshop equipment. Based at stand G52, Totalkare will have a team of experts on hand to discuss vehicle inspection pits, wheel and tyre equipment, brake testers, heavy duty and light commercial fixed lifts alongside it’s market leading mobile column lifts and a range of supporting workshop equipment.
As part of Totalkare’s ongoing BTRC sponsorship, the mobile column lifts will be raising Steven Powell’s number 3 official racing truck before it returns to the circuit at Thruxton in July.
T8DC & G8AC MOBILE COLUMN LIFT
Our T8DC mobile column lifts are a versatile lifting solution, with the capacity to lift to 7,500kg per column and work in configurations of up to eight. A set of four T8DC cable-free mobile column lifts will be raising an official BTRC race truck, accompanied by a single a galvanised wash bay column.
VEHICLE INSPECTION PIT
Totalkare’s vehicle inspection pit helps with making access to the underside of the vehicle easily accessible and allowing you to work in a safe, well-lit environment with all the necessary tools at hand.
IN-GROUND LIFT
Fit flush with the workshop floor, an in-ground lift from Totalkare saves space and increases flexibility with up to eight 15,000kg lifting capacity columns.
MOBILE BRAKE TESTER
Our DVSA-approved mobile brake tester is strong, durable and suitable for testing all vehicles up to an axle load of 20,000kg. Whilst providing a space saving solution on any ground surface.
IN-GROUND BRAKE TESTER
Fitted as a stand-alone or as part of a pit or ATF lane, an in-ground brake tester is supplied with a tablet for single-person brake tests conducted from the drivers seat.
COMPRESSOR
After a successful introduction in 2022 Totalkare will be displaying a compact compressor, designed to reduce energy consumption and increase air flow and quality.
TYRE CHANGER
A NAV-101 tyre changer is capable of mounting and dismounting in approximately 30 seconds. Totalkare will be doing live demonstrations of commercial tyre changes on the stand so you can see the impact the equipment could make on your workshop in real-time.
