Levanta Australia Acquires Totalkare, Creating a Global Leader in Workshop Solutions

Totalkare is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Levanta Group, Australia and New Zealand’s leading workshop solutions business, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

The acquisition includes Totalkare and its subsidiaries, Tecnik Engineering Ltd and Bradmac, bringing together established businesses with extensive expertise across the commercial vehicle, transport and rail sectors.

Totalkare will continue to trade under the Totalkare name as part of the Levanta Group, with Ralph Green, Karl Sharples and Lester Sharples appointed as directors.

For more than two decades, Levanta has grown to become a market leader in Australia and New Zealand, while Totalkare has established a strong reputation in the UK for its workshop equipment, engineering expertise and customer support.

Bringing the businesses together creates an international platform spanning the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and represents a major step in Levanta Group’s ambition to become a global leader in commercial workshop equipment and fitout solutions.

The acquisition is about more than products. Totalkare’s reputation, customer relationships and experienced team were central to Levanta’s decision to invest in the business.
