Highway Coaches Levels Up Its Washbay with G9DC Column Lifts

For two decades, the team behind Highway Coaches has navigated the changing landscape of the coach industry.  As fleets grow and vehicles become more complex, the pressure to uphold strict safety standards while minimising downtime is a major operational challenge.

To meet these demands, Highway Coaches recently invested in the G9DC washbay mobile column lifts from Totalkare. This hydraulic lifting system, with an 8,000kg capacity per column, is designed to handle the tough conditions found in a washbay.

Choosing the G9DC model was a smart move. Unlike standard lifts, these columns are galvanised. This provides strong protection against water entry and rust. For a coach operator, the ability to perform both under-chassis cleaning and inspections in the same area is a significant boost to workshop efficiency.
