Change of personnel as TotalKare employee jets off for Canadian adventures

There were sad scenes at TotalKare in Halesowen last week as the firm bid farewell to Jack Webb, who leaves the company to pursue a new life and career in Canada.
Jack who has been with the company since March 2015 as TotalKare’s service contract administrator, was responsible for the management of TotalKare’s numerous service contracts for both new and existing customers and was a big personality in the office. Speaking about his time at TotalKare, Jack said: “Since joining Totalkare, I feel like I have grown both professionally and personally. I have gained numerous skills as well as gaining the confidence to act on my own initiative in the workplace. These skills will really help in my future career, and I will miss everyone at TotalKare greatly – I hope we remain in touch.”
In light of Jack’s departure, TotalKare is delighted to announce the appointment of Emma Carter, who has been working alongside Jack since the turn of the year as his eventual replacement. Emma previously worked at Cadent Gas Ltd in Hinckley, Leicestershire as a technical assistant in resource management for 12 years. During her time with Cadent Gas, Emma received a long-term service award and numerous recognised customer service awards. Emma now hopes to utilise her organisational skills and attention to detail to implement and improve processes and procedures within TotalKare.
Emma on her decision to join TotalKare, said: “I am delighted to join TotalKare after hearing about the firms outstanding reputation and exceptional company culture. I am looking forward to getting into the role and getting to know TotalKare’s customers going forward.”
Everyone at TotalKare wishes both Jack and Emma every success as they embark on new chapters in their careers.
