NJI TRANSPORT INVESTS IN TESTING EQUIPMENT FROM TOTALKARE

Running an array of vehicles from its Dunstable facility, NJI Transport are set to benefit from considerable time and cost savings following the introduction of a Totalkare brake testing solution.

The haulage company that can provide anything from hiabs & rigids to vehicles capable of towing drawbar trailers, NJI Transport made a strategic purchase to allow brake testing to be conducted in-house, resulting in considerable time and cost savings for their operations.

Totalkare installed a mobile brake tester with bi-directional rollers. It can test up to 18,000kg per axle with testing made simple thanks to the supplied tablet which enables tests to be carried out from the driver’s seat of the vehicle.  With no civil work required, installation was simple and straightforward.
