TOTALKARE TO SHOWCASE WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT AT RECOVERY TOW SHOW 2024

Totalkare is excited to participate in the Recovery Tow Show once again, held at the Telford International Centre on September 18-19, 2024. This event is a key opportunity for professionals in heavy haulage, recovery, and commercial transport to explore the latest industry technology and  equipment. Totalkare will be showcasing a variety of workshop equipment, including the recently launched Hawkeye XL Wheel Alignment. Here’s an equipment preview of what attendees can expect at the Totalkare stand:

Mobile Column Lifts

Totalkare’s market-leading mobile column lifts are a flexible and cost-effective solution for workshops seeking to raise vehicles for essential repair and maintenance.  Available in cable-free and cabled versions, Totalkare’s mobile column lifts can lift up to 7,500kg per column and feature adjustment forks to accommodate different wheel diameters.  They can be used in sets of four, six or eight, making them an effective solution for light commercial vehicles right through to four-axle heavy recovery vehicles.

Mobile Brake Tester

Totalkare will be displaying its DVSA-approved mobile brake tester. Designed to ensure that vehicles comply with safety regulations while on the road, our Mobile Brake Tester is strong, durable and suitable for testing all vehicles up to an axle load of 18,000kg. And with the computer and tablet supplied with it, tests can be undertaken by one operator from the comfort of the driver’s seat.

Tyre Changer

Totalkare’s tyre changers are designed for efficiency, accommodating a wide variety of tyre sizes. By bringing tyre changing services in-house, workshops can save time and reduce costs, significantly boosting productivity.

Wheel Alignment

The wheel alignment system from Totalkare helps operators save on tyre costs by extending their lifespan through proper alignment. This system is versatile, working efficiently with any workshop bay configuration—floor, pit, or lift. Its user-friendly interface and quick operation increase both accuracy and productivity.

Vehicle Pit

Designed for easy access to the underside of vehicles during maintenance and repairs. These pits are customised to the customer’s specifications for length, tunnels, and services, ensuring durability and safety with their robust construction.

Totalkare will also showcase various other essential workshop tools, including wheel dollies, trolley jacks, smoke meters, headlamp testers, axle stands, transmission jacks and more.
