Our in-ground brake testers are DVSA-approved and can be installed as a standalone application, across a pit or as part of an ATF lane. Maximum axle loads range between 13,000kg and 20,000kg depending on model, and each in-ground brake tester comes supplied with computer, monitor, printer, cabinet and a handheld tablet which makes testing simple and straightforward.

Furthermore, Totalkare in-ground brake testers can be customised with a variety of features including load simulation, tachograph calibration, wheel play detection, bi-directional rollers and more.

  • Deposit must also be received no later than 17.00 GMT on Wednesday 31 March 2021.
  • If using finance, written approval of finance agreement must be received by Totalkare no later than 17.00 GMT on Wednesday 31 March 2021.
