Maximum axle loads range between 13,000kg and 20,000kg depending on model, and each in-ground brake tester comes supplied with computer, monitor, printer, cabinet and a handheld tablet which makes testing simple and straightforward.
Furthermore, Totalkare in-ground brake testers can be customised with a variety of features including load simulation, tachograph calibration, wheel play detection, bi-directional rollers and more.

Totalkare’s 2100 headlamp tester is a robust device used to calibrate headlamp beam aim – one of the most common reasons for failure at annual test.
Like the in-ground brake tester, it is DVSA-approved and features a fresnel lens and laser adjustment to provide consistent, accurate results, and thanks to its visual control and adjustment of dipped headlights, main beam and foglights, recalibration couldn’t be simpler!
Weighing just 25kg, it is easily manoeuvrable around the workshop while still being robust enough to stand up to occasional knocks that can happen in a busy workplace.
Order your in-ground brake tester today and get a free headlamp tester to cut out those common annual test failures by testing in-house. Read our blog for more on the advantages of in-house testing, including as saving time and money.
