Former employee returns to #TeamTotalkare after 18 months
A former Totalkare employee has returned to the company after an 18-month stint in Canada.
Jack Webb, who worked for Totalkare as a Service Contract Administrator from 2015 – 2018 has picked up where he left off, albeit with a few new faces and products to familiarise himself with.
He spent his time away working for Scotiabank, one of the major banks in Toronto, in the Global Human Resources team. After immersing himself in a new country and industry, and benefiting from invaluable learning experiences in the process, he decided to move back to England. “I had a fantastic time and made some really great friends out there, but it was ultimately nothing like being back at home with my family,” Jack explained.
His familiarity with Totalkare has ensured a smooth return and enabled him to hit the ground running with the role. “The business has changed with the times since I left, and there’s lots of new things to learn,” Jack explained, “Particularly familiarising myself with the newly-launched brake testers, wash bay column lift and light commercial four post lift, all of which are major developments since I’ve been away.
He concluded: “It’s a fantastic time to have re-joined the Totalkare team – the office is always a nice environment to work in, everyone here supports each other and works well as a unit. It’s great to be back!”
