Totalkare Enhances Greener Ealing’s Workshop Capabilities with New Equipment Installation

Totalkare, a well-established provider of workshop equipment, is pleased to announce the successful installation of new equipment at Greener Ealing, a local authority trading company offering waste management, recycling, street cleansing, grounds maintenance, and parking services on behalf of Ealing Council. This investment in high-quality equipment is set to improve Greener Ealing’s in-house vehicle repair and maintenance operations, boosting efficiency and supporting the delivery of essential services to the community.

New Equipment Installed at Greener Ealing’s Workshop

The installation includes a range of equipment designed to meet the varied demands of Greener Ealing’s fleet of vehicles, which includes both light and heavy-duty commercial vehicles:

  • Two Post Lift (6,500kg lifting capacity), providing an efficient solution for smaller commercial vehicles like vans and minibuses.
  • Four Post Lift (12,000kg lifting capacity, 7-metre platform length), ideal for lifting longer vehicles, including long-wheelbase vans, offering greater stability during maintenance.
  • Y-MECH Lift (35,000kg lifting capacity, 10-metre platform length), specifically designed for heavy-duty vehicles, providing ample working space and versatility.
  • 2100 Headlamp Tester, a lightweight, portable tool for precise headlight alignment, making it easier to meet DVSA standards for vehicle inspections.
  • Full Oil Delivery Solution, including two 1750L lube oil tanks, oil reels, and a 2000L waste oil tank, improving the efficiency of routine servicing tasks.

The new equipment is expected to significantly streamline vehicle maintenance and repairs, reducing downtime and helping Greener Ealing maintain a reliable fleet for its operations.

The new equipment installed at Greener Ealing’s workshop offers several advantages. The Two Post Lift allows for quick and easy access to the underside of smaller commercial vehicles, making it an ideal choice for busy garages that handle a high volume of maintenance work. The Four Post Lift offers extended platform lengths to accommodate larger vehicles, providing a safe and stable environment for servicing. Meanwhile, the Y-MECH Lift offers flexibility for heavy-duty vehicles and provides a larger working area, making it easier to perform complex repairs.
