David joined Totalkare as Managing Director in May 2018, bringing with him a detailed knowledge of lifting products and a wealth of experience across a range of product and service businesses, with a particular focus on delivering excellence for the customer. Together with the Totalkare team, David is committed to continuously improving the Company’s offering in product, service and training to support steady growth and enhance Totalkare’s reputation as the best heavy-duty workshop solutions provider in the industry.
Outside work, David is a keen supporter of Aston Villa FC, enjoys keeping fit by regularly running 10k and half-marathons, and spending time with his family.
Surb joined Totalkare in 2021 as Finance Director bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in senior finance roles for many years. He has experience of working in organisations of varying sizes from SMEs to fully listed businesses and companies that have traded in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Surb has worked in different industry sectors from manufacturing, automotive services, consulting, legal and recruitment.
Having a young family occupies most of Surb’s time outside of work but he does enjoy following Liverpool FC, watching stand-up comedy, theatre, travelling and fine dining.
Adam joined Totalkare in 2009 after previously working for Lloyds Banking Group. Initially, Adam’s remit was to deliver special projects whilst covering the Midlands area, but he was soon promoted to Area Sales Manager and has covered the South East region for Totalkare since 2010. Following consistently high performance, Adam was promoted to the role of Sales Director in 2021.
Away from the office, Adam is a keen rugby player and plays for Stourbridge Rugby Club.
Mike is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. He led Minivator from £5m to £50m in revenue over a decade of successful growth, concluding with a double digit EBITDA multiple exit valuation.
Mike is Non-Executive Chairman at Totalkare, and has been a significant shareholder since 2010.
He is also the CEO at Stiltz Ltd, a fast growing home lift business, and a Non-Executive Director at LightwaveRF Plc.
James started working at Totalkare in October 1992 as a trainee selling ancillary products and dealing with major repairs. Throughout his time with the Company, James covered the Midlands, South East, Scotland and Ireland. James was appointed to the Board in 2002 in the role of Sales & Marketing Director, overseeing consistent growth in the 19 years that followed before stepping back to the role of Non-Executive Director in 2021.
Away from the office, James is a Worcester Warriors RFC season ticket holder and a keen amateur tri-athlete.
Peter was part-time Finance Director with Totalkare for nine years, stepping back into a Non-Executive Director role following the appointment of Surbjit Gogna at Totalkare’s full-time Finance Director in 2021.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience with SME businesses. Peter is also the CFO of Stiltz Ltd, a fast-growing home lift business.
Away from work, Peter is a West Bromwich Albion FC season ticket holder and a member at Warwickshire CCC.
National Accounts Manager
Brian has been Totalkare’s National Account Manager since 2007 and also covers parts of Northern England. Brian first joined the Company in 1998 as salesman for the North and, after a short stint working elsewhere, returned to Totalkare in 2007. Since then Brian has built successful and enduring relationships with key customers nationwide.
Away from the office, Brian is a keen cyclist and Liverpool FC season ticket holder. A man of many talents, in his early career he spent several years working in a bakery, achieving City & Guilds qualification in the process!
Internal Sales Manager
Jess started Totalkare life in the Service Department before moving into Sales in 2016. Following outstanding performance, she was promoted into the role of Internal Sales Manager in 2018 and continues to add considerable value to Totalkare.
When Jess is not fulfilling her vital role selling ancillary products, training or service contracts, arranging deliveries of lifts or managing repairs, she’s often to be found teaching at her local dance school.
Paul joined Totalkare in 2019 as Workshop Supervisor to manage the workshop team and oversee the day-to-day coordination of activities and scheduling. He brings with him plenty of experience after nearly 14 years at Jaguar Land Rover and seven at a tier one automotive supplier.
A West Bromwich Albion FC season ticket holder, you will often find him at the football, socialising, or planning the next trip or holiday in his spare time.
Andy Woodthorpe joined Totalkare as an Engineer Manager in 2022. Andy has over 21 years in the service industry, ranging from Field Service Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Service Team Leader, Field Service Manager – all working for blue chip companies. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, also taking part in many charity cycling events.
Area Sales Manager
George Georgiou is the Area Sales Manager covering Wales and the West Midlands for Totalkare. Originally starting in marketing and internal sales back in 2002, George has held various roles during his time at Totalkare, including covering the whole of the UK as the Company’s Service Contract Executive.
Prior to joining Totalkare, George was a professional footballer and played for several clubs in Cyprus, most notably Apoel Nicosia. These days George is a keen actor away from work, appearing in many amateur dramatic productions in the West Midlands.
Area Sales Manager
Jack joined Totalkare in late 2017 and is the Area Sales Manager for the East of England. He has the best part of ten years’ sales experience in the motor vehicle industry and prides himself on his ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with many kinds of people from different walks of life.
Having once upon a time been on the books at Leeds United FC, Jack still enjoys playing football at an amateur level as well as watching his favourite team – Huddersfield Town FC.
Area Sales Manager
John has been in the motor trade since the age of 16 and is a trained Mechanic and MOT tester. He has experienced a variety of roles throughout his career from van driver through to Business Development Manager and Workshop Specialist. He spent four years working for a national workshop equipment company before joining Totalkare in 2020 as Area Sales Manager covering the South of England. He’s also a part time HGV driver, which satisfies his enjoyment of being around trucks.
Outside work John is a keen follower of all motorsports, including F1 and F2 stock car racing. He enjoys classic cars and is currently restoring an MX-5. He spends the rest of his time enjoying all that Devon and Cornwall has to offer with his partner.
Area Sales Manager
Nigel joined Totalkare in 2020 as Area Sales Manager for the North of England and Scotland, bringing with him over 15 years’ sales experience in both the car and commercial markets. His first role in garage equipment was as an engineering coordinator and then transitioned to the sales department and became a sales and key account manager.
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys spending time with his family, with his five children keeping him busy!
He is a keen Sheffield United fan and enjoys watching boxing and UFC.
Area Sales Manager
James joined Totalkare as Area Sales Manager covering the Greater London area in 2021, bringing with him considerable experience working in heavy commercial vehicle workshops and more than a decade of technical sales experience.
He is familiar with all vehicle manufacturers, be it a truck, trailer, bus, coach or waste & recycling and has an excellent understanding of most modern vehicle systems.
In his spare time he enjoys motorcycling and socialising with friends, and whenever he’s out on the road, he likes to explore the local area and discover ‘hidden gem’ restaurants that may be off the beaten path.
Nabeela Mahmood joined Totalkare as a Telesales Executive in 2021. Nabeela has worked in telesales for over ten years, counting Vodafone among her previous employers. She loves watching movies, socialising with friends and going on outings with her young daughter.
Steve heads up the Marketing department at Totalkare, with over a decade’s experience of marketing management in a number of industries including music, training, energy & utilities. Prior to embarking on his career in marketing, Steve worked as both a graphic designer and journalist whilst also fronting and managing a moderately successful rock band in his spare time.
He enjoys going to gigs, good food, better wine and supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
Tristan joined TotalKare’s Marketing Department in 2012 and has implemented numerous successful campaigns since then that have directly contributed to the Company’s success since. After getting more involved in other areas of the Company, he relinquished his marketing responsibilities to oversee the systems and processes within the business, including sales management, service scheduling and factory processes. Most recently, Tristan has progressed to become a product manager overseeing the launch and development of new products to market.
Before working at Totalkare, Tristan had an interesting and diverse career path with roles in marine biology, print management and product development.
Sinead joined Totalkare in 2017 as After Sales Supervisor, ensuring the smooth running of the Service Department. Since leaving school, Sinead has spent her entire career in the transport and logistics industry and has extensive experience in scheduling. She has very much enjoyed becoming part of the team and is excited for the future at Totalkare.
Sinead is quite the disco diva, and when the week is done you’ll often find her being the life and soul of a party or two!
