Ralph Green
Director
Ralph joined the Totalkare board in August 2026 following the acquisition of Peritum Group alongside Levanta. With more than 29 years of business experience, Ralph has worked across operations, procurement, marketing, sales and finance. Throughout his career, he has placed a strong emphasis on building long-term customer and supplier relationships and delivering reliable, practical solutions. As a Director, Ralph brings this broad commercial experience to Totalkare as the business enters its next phase of growth.
Lester Sharples
Director
Lester joined the Totalkare board in August 2026 following the acquisition of the business by Levanta. Having been with Levanta since 2003, Lester has played a key role in the company’s growth journey, helping expand the business from Australia into New Zealand and, most recently, the UK. As a Director across the Levanta Group, he brings more than two decades of industry experience and a strong focus on sustainable growth, customer relationships and developing high-performing teams.
Karl Sharples
Director
Karl joined the Totalkare board in August 2026 following the acquisition of the business by Levanta. Having been part of Levanta’s journey since 2003, Karl has helped lead the business through more than two decades of growth, including its expansion across Australia, New Zealand and into the UK. As Managing Director of Levanta, he brings extensive experience in the workshop equipment industry, with a strong focus on business development, long-term customer relationships and delivering complete workshop solutions.
Curtis Hughes
Director
Curtis joined the Totalkare board as a Director in August 2026. An experienced business leader and entrepreneur, Curtis has held senior leadership positions across a number of businesses and is the founder of Solidcor, which he established in 2019. He brings a strong commercial perspective to the Totalkare board, with a focus on business development, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting the continued success of the company.
