TOTALKARE CELEBRATES EXCELLENCE AT THE 2025 SPRING AWARDS
Totalkare marked the arrival of spring – and the momentum of a successful start to the year with a special awards ceremony last week at the Copthorne Hotel in Dudley.
Welcoming over 170 colleagues, partners and sponsors from across the business, the event was an opportunity to come together, reflect on recent achievements, and celebrate the individuals who’ve gone above and beyond.
With the evening led by our directors, we recognised the contributions of team members across a range of categories:
- Marketing – Pavan Jheeta
- Sales – James Phare
- Unsung Hero – Scott Small
- MVP – Dan Perera
- Internal Service – Josie Hipkins
- Internal Sales – Georgia Hughes
- Engineer of the Year – Dan Haire
- Newcomer Engineer – Dominic Urso
- Finance – Jo Rock
- Office Rookie – Eric Mensah
- Warehouse/Logistics/Manufacturing – Richard Bomber
- Tecnik Engineering – Carl Fellows
- Team Impact – Sue Miles (Tecnik Engineering)
- Recognise – Jack Webb
- Leader – Andy Woodthorpe & Aaron Cafano
This year’s event carried special meaning as we introduced a new award in memory of our much-missed colleague, Steve Braund, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Known for his unwavering positivity, dedication, and the genuine care he showed everyone he worked with, Steve embodied the spirit of Totalkare. To honour his legacy, the Steve B Award was created. The award was won by Scott Gilliam in recognition of his efforts in going above and beyond for the company throughout the year.
Reflecting on the event, CEO David Hall said:
“The past year has continued to challenge and shape the way we work – but the team has responded with adaptability, determination, and a clear focus on collective success. The awards evening was about recognising the individuals who exemplify those values and celebrating the part everyone has played. I’m immensely proud of our people, and excited for the opportunities the rest of 2025 holds.”
