Jay Chauhan
Area Sales Manager
Jay, Area Sales Manager, oversees our sales across East England and Scotland, helping clients succeed, growing regional opportunities, and supporting the team to achieve great results together.
James Phare
Area Sales Manager
James Phare, Area Sales Manager, leads our sales operations across the South of England, driving growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting our regional teams to deliver outstanding results.
David Hall
CEO
David joined Totalkare in May 2018, bringing with him a detailed knowledge of lifting products and a wealth of experience across a range of product and service businesses, with a particular focus on delivering excellence for the customer. Together with the Totalkare team, David is committed to continuously improving the Company’s offering in product, service and training to support steady growth and enhance Totalkare’s reputation as the best heavy-duty workshop solutions provider in the industry.
Outside work, David is a keen supporter of Aston Villa FC, enjoys keeping fit by regularly running 10k and half-marathons, and spending time with his family.
Adam Bowser
Sales & Marketing Director
Adam joined Totalkare in 2009 after previously working for Lloyds Banking Group. Initially, Adam’s remit was to deliver special projects whilst covering the Midlands area, but he was soon promoted to Area Sales Manager and has covered the South East region for Totalkare since 2010. Following consistently high performance, Adam was promoted to the role of Sales & Marketing Director in 2021.
Away from the office, Adam is a keen rugby player and plays for Stourbridge Rugby Club.
Jessica Turner
Director of Operations
Since joining the business as an aftersales coordinator in 2013, Jess has excelled in various roles, most recently as Internal Sales Manager overseeing an office-based team of six. She was promoted to Director of Operations in 2022, a role which will see her responsibilities extended to cover purchasing, the service side of Totalkare’s business (including the Company’s field service engineers based UK-wide) and general operations.
Mike Lord
Non-Executive Chairman
Mike is a highly successful serial entrepreneur. He led Minivator from £5m to £50m in revenue over a decade of successful growth, concluding with a double digit EBITDA multiple exit valuation.
Mike is Non-Executive Chairman at Totalkare, and has been a significant shareholder since 2010.
He is also the CEO at Stiltz Ltd, a fast growing home lift business, and a Non-Executive Director at LightwaveRF Plc.
Brian Young
National Accounts Manager
Brian has been Totalkare’s National Account Manager since 2007 and also covers parts of North West England. Brian first joined the Company in 1998 as salesman for the North and, after a short stint working elsewhere, returned to Totalkare in 2007. Since then Brian has built successful and enduring relationships with key customers nationwide.
Away from the office, Brian is a keen cyclist and Liverpool FC season ticket holder. A man of many talents, in his early career he spent several years working in a bakery, achieving City & Guilds qualification in the process!
George Georgiou
Area Sales Manager
George Georgiou is the Area Sales Manager covering Wales and the West Midlands for Totalkare. Originally starting in marketing and internal sales back in 2002, George has held various roles during his time at Totalkare, including covering the whole of the UK as the Company’s Service Contract Executive.
Prior to joining Totalkare, George was a professional footballer and played for several clubs in Cyprus, most notably Apoel Nicosia. These days George is a keen actor away from work, appearing in many amateur dramatic productions in the West Midlands.
Jack Longstaff
Key Account Manager
Jack joined Totalkare in late 2017 and is the Key Account Manager for the North East of England and Northern Ireland. He has the best part of ten years’ sales experience in the motor vehicle industry and prides himself on his ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with many kinds of people from different walks of life.
Having once upon a time been on the books at Leeds United FC, Jack still enjoys playing football at an amateur level as well as watching his favourite team – Huddersfield Town FC.
Tristan Johnston
Product Manager
Tristan joined Totalkare’s Marketing Department in 2012 and has implemented numerous successful campaigns since then that have directly contributed to the Company’s success. After getting more involved in other areas of the Company, he relinquished his marketing responsibilities to oversee the systems and processes within the business, including sales management, service scheduling and factory processes. Most recently, Tristan has progressed to become a product manager overseeing the launch and development of new products to market.
Before working at Totalkare, Tristan had an interesting and diverse career path with roles in marine biology, print management and product development.
Aaron Cafano
Technical Manager
Aaron worked as an HGV technician for eight years after leaving school before joining Totalkare in 2011 as a field service engineer, quickly progressing to the role of senior engineer. He then worked elsewhere as a Technical Manager, furthering his knowledge, building relationships and working closely with manufacturers to explore product development and improvement plans.
Rejoining Totalkare as Technical Manager in 2022, applying his experience to support our field service engineers and product management team.
Aaron is a keen fan of Manchester United and Formula One and enjoys holidays in the sun when he can.
Sam Tilley
Service Support Manager
Sam joined Totalkare as an apprentice in 2011, developing into a full-time Aftersales Coordinator before working her way up to the role of Service Support Manager in 2023 in which she manages an in-house team of five. Sam uses her considerable knowledge and experience to help her team ensure Totalkare’s proactive and reactive field service engineers are booked as efficiently as possible, minimising downtime for our customers.
In her own time, Sam enjoys socialising with friends and family, and keeping fit at the gym with lots of running.
Lisa Steatham
Purchasing Manager
Lisa joined Totalkare in 2023 as Purchasing Manager bringing with her eight years of purchasing experience working within the electronics manufacturing industry. She is currently working towards gaining Advanced Diploma qualification with CIPS.
Outside of work, Lisa is a huge rugby fan and regularly attends Leicester Tigers matches. She also enjoys walking holidays all over the UK with her dog, their favourite place to visit is the Lake District.
Dan Rowbottom
Finance Manager
Dan joined Totalkare in 2016, starting out as an Accounts Assistant and working his way up to the role of Finance Manager. Throughout his time with the business, Dan has seen the department and the whole business grow, playing an active role in numerous projects along the way. This has helped him beome very commercially astute and add value to his current role and the wider business.
In his own time, Dan enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and playing football, and maintains a healthy enthusiasm for live music, having spent his early twenties attempting to be a rockstar in several bands.
