Totalkare Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business based in Kingswinford (DY6 7TD) specialising in the supply of workshop equipment to busy commercial vehicle workshops. Our products play an important part on keeping the UK’s buses, coaches, trucks and refuse vehicles on the road, and we work hard to maintain our reputation as workshop equipment experts who are effortless to deal with.
The Role
We are looking for a ready-made, results-focussed Marketing Executive with experience right across the marketing mix to join our busy department and play a crucial in delivering key projects in line with our strategy for 2022 and beyond.

Marketing Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your role will involve a wide range of marketing activities, and these will include:
- Taking the lead in organising events
- Organising and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, e-mail, photography & video etc)
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Undertaking surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Writing copy for marketing publications (brochures, press releases, website material etc)
- Building and maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitoring campaign progress using various metrics and creating reports of performance with accompanying insight
- Collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Person Specification
You’ll already have several years’ full-time marketing experience under your belt as a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive. You should also have:
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing automation software (experience of NetSuite and Spotler would be an advantage)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline or CIM qualification
- Drivers Licence & own transport
