Totalkare Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business based in Kingswinford (DY6 7TD) specialising in the supply of workshop equipment to busy commercial vehicle workshops. Our products play an important part on keeping the UK’s buses, coaches, trucks, and refuse vehicles on the road, and we work hard to maintain our reputation as workshop equipment experts who are effortless to deal with.

The Role

We are looking for a ready-made, results-focussed Digital Marketing Executive with experience right across the marketing mix to join our busy department and play a crucial in delivering key digital projects in line with our strategy for 2022 and beyond.

Reports to

Marketing Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your role will involve a wide range of predominantly digital marketing activities.  You will have considerable PPC and social media advertising experience and will relish the opportunity to make a positive impact in a forward-thinking company.  We’re looking for you to excel at:

  • Driving organic visibility on our website (using SEO tools and Google Analytics for insight)
  • Increasing eCommerce sales conversions
  • Implementing strategies to increase conversions across digital marketing channels (including social media and backlink traffic)
  • Generating compelling content for SEO, social media and e-mail marketing
  • Coordinating with external marketing agency on PPC/Display Ad campaigns and reporting on performance
  • Supporting the marketing team as required

Person Specification

You’ll already have several years’ full-time digital marketing experience. You should also have:

  • Recent experience writing and managing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google & Bing Ads
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and reporting on paid-for social media marketing
  • Experience in photo and video editing for social media
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adopt the brand’s tone of voice
  • Knowledge of PPC, email and affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity in using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in Google Analytics to report on campaigns and website performance
  • Marketing automation experience (familiarity with Spotler an advantage) and CRM knowledge (NetSuite)Drivers Licence & own transport
